Make yoga a lifestyle and support yourself with your unique self practice.

This unique 1:1 6 week package is designed for you to cultivate and sustain your very own fulfilling independent yoga practice.


This course will give you the tools to help you create and sustain a fulfilling independent yoga practice and show you how you can use it as a tool to balance your nervous system and feel more relaxed and less overwhelmed.


From day 1 you start your self practice. 
Every week you will learn more about Yoga and Philosophy and how it can support your mental health wellbeing. 
You'll receive access to lectures, a workbook, and free resources to help you cultivate and sustain your yoga self practice 
You will also have access to the online studio included for 6 months to help you create the daily habit and create your own tailor made weekly routine.
After 6 weeks, a new habit has formed that gives you support and balance every day.

This program provides the opportunity for you to:

  • Access 6 private 1:1 120 minute classes, of topics related to creating and practicing yoga, meditation & mindfulness practices and simple breathing techniques to get out of overwhelm and protect your energy all by yourself without a teacher.

  • Access to 6 months of the Your Yoga Online Studio to help you introduce new habits and make time for yourself and your practice every day.

  • Overcome the challenges of starting, continuing and progressing in your yoga self practice.

  • Create an entire practice of any length and how to grow your practice over the long term that consistently fits into your very busy life.

  • Understand the theory behind yoga and how we can use it to help us deal with our emotions and feel better.

  • Learn the basics of yoga to help you calm down your nervous system.

  • Implement the power of props.

  • Find inner peace and healing through the yoga practice.

  • Develop inner strength and resilience.

  • Learn to listen to the signals your body gives to you instead of pushing yourself through discomfort.

  • Learn to prioritise your own self-care strategies and mindfulness 

  • Exercise the choice to move your body in ways that feel comfortable and accessible

  • Learn to re connect with your self and learn what it feels like to feel and make choices for yourself.

  • Help build positive coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety.

  • Ease feelings and symptoms of depression, ptsd, stress, and anxiety⁣⁣.

I will gladly answer all your questions during our call and we will discover the best way I can support you going forward.

Your private 'your yoga' programme should be paid for when booking, in advance. 

This payment will reserve and secure your booked sessions.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, you can do so,

provided that 24 hours notice is given.  

If you are late for the private session, the class may still go ahead but

will end at the agreed booking end time; as other classes and sessions

will follow.
