I invite you to add your details below to register your interest in this 8 Week Online Trauma Focused Yoga for Survivors.

Run as a 8 week virtual series which focus on different healing themes, a gentle well sequenced trauma sensitive flow with trauma focused mindful cues will help to build inner strength, we look at various chakras, restorative postures, breathwork and meditation and include guided activities such as journaling and art therapy to help survivors become reacquainted with the body, be in the present moment and explore the benefits of mindfulness as you heal from the past,  breathe in the present moment and release what no longer serves you.

Certain poses are omitted from healing practices to offer a supportive safe space for bravery and courage when healing from trauma and eating disorders.
