A simple powerful breathing technique to settle the mind, body and emotions.


This is one of my favorite pranayama's, when I'm feeling stressed and anxious it helps me restore balance and ease in the mind and body - I have been using it ALOT lately !


It's also really important to keep our respiratory systems strong and healthy at the moment to fight this virus should it take hold, alternate nostril breathing enhances respiratory functions as well as increasing respiratory strength and endurance.


Alternate nostril breathing restores balance in the left and right sides of the brain and clears the energetic channels and holds many other benefits such as

rejuvenating the nervous system

removing toxins

settling stress

reducing blood pressure

it's all round good for the heart, lungs and head !
