Private Yoga Classes

Private Yoga Classes are offered on a sliding scale pricing scheme, the prices below are 'middle rate', this is the base cost of private tuition, the price that would be charged  to all students in the absence of the tiered pricing scheme.

 

If the cost of private yoga is not within your budget, please contact me to discuss sliding scale fees, upon booking I will send you a link for you to pay and confirm your appointment, this will include the sliding scale for you to pay what you can afford. 
 

If the Lower bracket is still more than you can afford without undue burden, please don't hesitate to contact me  again so we can work it out together.

I am happy to work with you to find an arrangement that is achievable for us both.

Please take a moment to consider the intention of our sliding scale pricing structure, which was created in order to amplify access for those who hold marginalized identities and those experiencing significant financial hardship, if those apply to you then please contact me for further information on the sliding scale pricing.

We ask you also to please consider if you are not in financial hardship maybe other payment options such as supporting others in our community who have decreased access to financial resources by enrolling as a Supporter, if this is accessible to you.

Whether you want a private yoga, meditation or breath class, some mentoring for your teaching or to discuss polyvagal theory I’m available for private tuition via Zoom.

We’ll establish topics ahead of our call so that we make the most of your time and investment.

Looking to cultivate a calm, trauma informed yoga practice, and need a more personalised approach than drop in classes offer? Private yoga classes are the perfect solution and will be tailored to your individual needs.

Each 75 minute session is customised to meet you where you are, through trauma sensitive practice you will be guided to explore your body on your own terms, exactly as it is in an inclusive accessible and integrative approach that includes centering exercises, discussion, gentle movement, breathing practices, yoga philosophies, and goal setting to foster healing, finding safety and freedom within to provide a foundation for trauma healing, eating disorder recovery and mental health clarity.

Yoga can be a wonderful complement to your work with a therapist, dietician, and other care providers.
