I attended Sharon's yoga classes for a couple of years while living in the UK. Sharon has extensive knowledge surrounding the anatomy giving her an adept understanding of yoga.
I would definitely recommend booking a private class. This is where I've experienced the most growth in my own practice. It gives Sharon the opportunity to explain the intentions behind the poses and tailor it to your individual needs.
Now, although I'm on the other side of the world, I'm so glad to have her online classes to guide my practice. She ensures I can push myself while also using the best pose for my body and what I want to work on.

Embodied Yoga Gentle Flow for healing and mental health wellbeing
Designed to cultivate awareness and presence, help ease away stress & anxiety, and find embodiment.
The first part of the class is spent on the floor doing pranayama techniques, healing mudras, accessible movement and stretches, then we move to standing infusing classical hatha yoga postures with an element of flow, back to the floor with some restorative poses honing in on sensations and awareness and finishing with meditation leaving you more grounded, regulated and balanced.
You're encouraged to listen to your body throughout the practice, to move intuitively, to look at every pose as a way to make a choice and find your own unique expression promoting self awareness.
Thursday, 6pm UK GMT

Embodied Yin Yoga ~ Linger for Longer
Yin Yoga moves much more slowly than it’s yang counterpart and stretches more deeply into the body.
Yin Yoga centers around calming, grounding, asana for stretching deeper into connective tissues such as ligaments tendons and deep fascia, combined with holding the postures for an extended period of time, because you perform yin yoga in a more passive manner, you’re encouraged to relax and surrender to gravity allowing for it to target your physical mental and emotional health.

Neurodiversity
Neurodiverse Yoga
Mental health care needs a neurodiversity lens to account for variations in individual nervous system responses and offer a gentle and supportive environment for neurological differences and disabilities acknowledging diversity.
All my classes take into account sensory and processing differences and acknowledge neurodiversity, these classes are specifically held for neurodiverse groups or as individual classes as there is no one path to healing.
Yoga poses, mudras, pranayama, mantras and mindfulness delivered in a fun relaxed manor for adults with learning difficulties and/or other disabilities, often using themes and games, gentle manipulation only with permission, specialised breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, with variations to suit individual abilities. This online program can help you feel better in the body you have today
Journey through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire & Air and experience the connection Yoga holds to the universe and everything around us.
Fire, water, earth, and air are the four elements of the Universe.
They make up all that is, everything we see around us, and everything we are.
No one of them is better than the other, they each have their own unique qualities as do we.
There are many different ways to connect with, and balance the four elements in your body and life, my favourites being spending time with the elements in their natural surroundings and yoga.
If the sliding scale price is not affordable for you, send us an email and we’ll send you details on how can still access the class. You don’t need to explain your financial position; we trust that you’ll only ask if you need to and that you will pay what you can when you can.

TESTIMONIALS
Sharon is one of the best yoga 🧘♀️ teachers I have had the pleasure of encountering. She is very engaging and knows her stuff. Sharon tailors each practice for both novices and experts, by illustrating modifications to the most challenging poses. After each practice I feel I have pushed myself to my best ability with Sharon’s guidance, whilst being mindful of my own body’s limitations.
